My accident prone Kabe

I know every family must have an accident prone child and Kabe is definently mine. He went to Uncle Weena's house last week and tripped on a pipe and slammed his nose on the cement, right at where the cartilage and bone meet. I had just gotten home from work and Shane called and said "I think Kabe broke his nose." I was thinking oh great I just barely payed off his instacare bill when he got stitches from getting his head slammed by the van door. So when they got home I definently couldn't tell if it was broken or not it was swollen but no black eyes. So we were debating if we should take him in or not we called instacare and the ER and got advice (good thing we have connections) and we didn't take him in. The next day however Shane took him in while I was at work and Dr. Gardner thought it was broken and said we'd have to set it but lets take x-rays. By the way Kabe was great the whole time probably cause I wasn't there. To the doctors amazement it wasn't broken so we did end up going for nothing but at least we felt better about it and I'm glad my flexible spending card isn't froze anymore, all you IHC employees will know what I mean.
