Oh my gosh I am sick of looking at the gold panning post!

I can't believe I let my blog get so behind. It's horrible! I can't believe I also remembered my password. The main purpose was to make it into a scrapbook for a family diary. I am so mad at myself. Well I am going to sum up the last two years and then try to stay on track. Along with not doing my own blog I have slacked at looking at others and everyone is probably private now huh? If you read mine then you'll have to tell me what to do so I can keep track of yours too. It might take me a little bit to get caught up, so wish me luck.

Gold Panning

smorelicious

I meant to put up pictures of our camping trip in August. So better late than never. We had a great time camping and panning for gold. It was nice here in August. We celebrated Grandpa Johnson's birthday with a surprise camping trip. He thought only Kee and him were camping but we all gradually showed up. It was fun, minus the find your own potty.

First day of school and preschool.

Shane cut off half his head

Then he cut off half his body

Good think he made him sit down. Kord wasn't lookin to happy at this point.

Kord's first day of school started on Thursday August 13th. It seemed so early and a weird day to start, but it really was fine. I had to work on the first day of school so I asked Shane to get up and take some pictures of Kord. When I got home and looked at them I just laughed. Shane is totally not a morning person. You'll see why from the pictures. Kord is so good about getting himself ready and out the door, him having his own alarm clock was the best idea. If I had to count on Shane to get him up he would probably always miss the bus. Kord likes his teacher and is so excited that he's the oldest at school now. 5TH GRADE ROCKS!

Kabe's first day of preschool was the 14th. They go along with the school district schedule which works out great. He did so good at school he wasn't even that scared or anything. No I didn't cry either, maybe next year in kindergarden I will. He loves his school, everyday he asks me if it's time to go to school and I say no, its only on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. I asked him what he did in school and he said I learned Karata. I said Karate? And he kept insisting it was Karata. It's a new form of karate(j/k). He shows me some of his karate moves like palms up, palms down, and elbows pulled back YAHH! It's pretty funny, as long as he doesn't try the kicks on me.

When I drop Kabe off to preschool Asher gets so upset and he says I want to go to school too. That would be great if both of them were in there. I said maybe next year Asher. He gets so mad at me and says "your mean mom, don't talk to me."

My boys crack me up!

We finally sold our townhouse, WAHOO!

We put our couch outside on the porch and we had to get a WT picture or IT(indian trash) Ha Ha

We are so excited our townhouse finally sold. We're soooo lucky. We even get to rent it back for awhile so it worked out great. Shane and Edwin worked so hard laying wood laminate on all the downstairs flooring .I like to think that's what sold it. It better have been because it was a lot of hard work. We did this awhile ago, I'm just getting to posting it now. The kids even helped out the best they could.

We used to do this!

This happened at the beginning of the summer, but it made me laugh. It reminded me so much of what Lishie, Ty , and I used to do when we were little with Ty's radio flyer wagon.

I'm not the best blogger.

Rootbeer floats in Old Town

Coronado beach.
It has been awhile! We all had an eventful fun summer and now we're back to schools and schedules and everything so I should have more posting time (maybe).

We all had fun in California in June. We went to the beach, the bay, old town, and just hung out at the KOA. Shane and I drove around to neighborhoods and we saw all these lemon and orange trees so he asked the people if he could have some. I was kind of embarrassed but it actually was funny, the only reason why he asked is because of his addiction to lemons and salt.

Here's a few beach pics. Kord wasn't in any of them because he rode with my mom and by the time we got to the beach (Shane standard time) they were ready to leave. It was really cold this year!
I have a lot more to post but this is all I could get done for now (at work). Ha Ha
